The Westpark Realty Association program is free for agents and brokers to join, it's easy to sign-up and requires no technical knowledge. You will need your own website, or blog for displaying text or banner listings

How does it work
When you join our program you will get an access to your own control panel. There you can get banners and text links to promote our our listings in South East Florida.
As a licensed professional in your country, or state, when you refer buyers to us, you will receive cash based on $50 per thousand clicks or a percentage of the sale following closing as a reward and as authorized under Florida Statute 475. You must be an agent in good standing in the US, and you must be affiliated with the ICREA if you are outside of the US.

Affiliate Program Details
Commission: * The Closed Deal Referral: When a lead from your website becomes a sale and is closed our participating agent will pay your participating agent a commission of 50% of what was earned when the referral purchases one of that agent\s listings. The agent will pay your agent 25% of his earned commission when the listing sold belonged to another agent in our office, and the agent will pay your agent 12.5% when the listing sold was found in our MLS system\s broker recipricity listings. **The Click Through Referral: When an agent places a banner, or banners from our program on their personal website or place any of our banner or text links in web based media in your market, and a legitimate click through occurs, our affiliate system registers the click. Our participating agent will compensate your agency or agent on a per click basis of $50 per thousand. The benefit here is that no sale need occur.

terms of service To be an authorized affiliate of www.westparkrealty.com, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement. Hello and welcome. As a licensed professional you are subject to the licensing regulations in your State and applicable regulations pertaining to doing business in other countries and states. Recognizing this the National Association of Realtors subscribes to the ICREA as a compliance board for agents who work in International market transactions. All well and good. As a Transnational Consultant and with significant Internet training I thought there to be a better way to audit and account for sales across international boundaries. My research led me to this award winning affiliate software system Post Affiliate Pro. Through this system of referral you can track your revenue from referrals that banners on your website generate to Westpark Realty Agent. You will then be paid on either clicks, or sales made to those “visitors of yours” who become “buyers of ours”. At Westpark Realty we offer our listings as text or Branded banners to licensed Realtors in the United States and real property sales professonals who are members of the NAR affiliated ICREA member countries. Westpark Agents pay significant compensation to affiliated realtors as described below. Agents may also choose a different compensation if they desire and if they notify their respective affiliate program manager of the changes to the specific campaign. Here are three default scenarios of the Westpark Agency referral compensation structure. 1. A Westpark Agent Lists an Affiliate Banner or text link for a property she has posted to the SEF MLS for a selling price of $1,000,000. The gross commission earned by the Westpark agent is 5.5%. An Affiliate Realtor from Boise Idaho posts the banner to his web site, a visitor clicks through the link to the Westpark Agent’s landing page and emails the Westpark agent eventually buying the house. At closing the Westpark Agent is paid $55,000 and the referring affiliated Realtor in Idaho is paid 50% of the Westpark agent’s commission. A check for $27,500 is paid to the referring agent by the Westpark agent. 2. A Westpark Agent Lists an Affiliate Banner for a Property she has posted to the SEF MLS for $1,000,000. An Affiliate California agent places the banner on her site and a visitor clicks through to the Westpark agent’s landing page and emails the agent eventually buying another $1,000,000 house listed by another Westpark Agent. The buyers agent earns a 3% split within the Westpark Agency. The referring California Affiliate is paid 25% of the Gross Commission earned by the Westpark buyer’s agent. The Westpark Agent who earned $30,000 send the California affiliate a check for $7,500. 3. A Westpark Agent Lists an Affiliate Banner for a Property worth $1,000,000 she found on the SEF MLSand that is approved for advertising The property is listed with an agent from another brokerage. A New York State Affiliate places the Affiliate Banner for the Property on his web site. The referring Affiliate is notified that the property is an MLS property and that the referral fee will be paid at 12.5%* referral fee out of the net commission earned by the Westpark Agent on the sale of that property. If the property listed for $1,000,000, and the Westpark Agent earns a 3% split, $30,000, then the referring affiliate is paid $3,750 Referral Fee by the Westpark agent. If the buyer is switched to a Westpark property, or to the Westpark Agent’s listings, the other commission structures would apply. Just try us and you will never stop promoting us.
